Bug Fixing
EULA

→ What is your policy on bug fixing?

  • If you find a bug in the system, we guarantee that it will be fixed and updated.
  • We triage bugs based on criticality (either a user's needs or the impact of the bug).
  • We release updates as soon as possible once the fix has passed QA.

→ How do you minimise bugs in your software?

  • We do extensive QA and alpha/ beta testing on our new features and so try to catch all major bugs prior to release.
  • In our alpha/ beta testing we offer access to a wide range of early-bird users so we can test edge cases and find any bugs that arise in them.
  • Once we have confirmed the stability of the release then we release it to general users.

→ How do I submit a bug that I find?

  • Please submit any bugs you find here.
  • We will receive your submission automatically and send you an email if we need any more information to replicate the bug.
