Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Off World Live 360 livestreaming plugin (the "Service") operated by Off World Live Limited ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Authentication

By signing in to plugin-auth.offworld.live, you agree that we will store your email address for the duration that you have an account with us. 
We will use your email address expressly for the purpose of transactional email: for example notifying you that your product licences have changed, that your usage may be reaching a limit etc. i.e. emails that relate to the management of any products of ours that you may be using. 
We may also use your email address to respond to any support tickets, bug tickets or feature requests that you have submitted to us via the website. 
At any point you can contact us at [email protected] to request that we remove your email and any data that we have stored of yours.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
